This is not your usual jello salad. We had one taste at this year's Summit Memorial Day Celebration and knew we needed to find the owner and request the recipe. It isn't airy, but thick and creamy. It is also quick and easy. What more could you ask for? Thanks Loretta Kane!
1 (6 oz.) Orange Jello*
2 cups boiling water
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Mix the jello and boiling water. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add jello gradually while still hot. Add milk. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows.
*Try any flavor Jello for variety!
I also made this with all fat free or sugar free ingredients. It wasn't as tasty as the original but still hit the spot for a healthier option.

Rhonda, I made this recipe last night, as it just looked too good to wait long before trying it out. The flavor reminds me of an Orange Creamcicle. We're having a weenie roast tonight with some other summery sides, and this is definitely being served. Thanks!
Just a follow up to let you know that this jello was a hit! Even though I probably ate half the thing myself, the portion I made available to others was gone rather quickly, and Dustin couldn't seem to get enough. I'm anxious to try another flavor to see if it turns out as well.
