Sweet Potato Dip

This sour cream dip pairs perfectly with Taylor's sweet potato fries. A cool and tangy alternative to the typical ranch dip.

Ingredients:

¾ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon lime zest

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Yield: ¾ cup
